Order Placement
Minimum order value: USD 3,000.00 per invoice
Minimum quantity: 30 pieces per style
Samples are provided exclusively to frequent buyers for quality approval and close consideration. Samples may be granted once an order is placed and a deposit is paid.
Design Modification and Customization
We gladly accept design modifications and customizations to meet each customer’s unique needs.
Please note that certain design changes may require mold modification or development. Any costs associated with creating a new mold will be charged to the customer unless the minimum order quantity of 100 pieces is met.
The exclusivity of customer’s original design will be fully protected.
Payment Terms
A. Accepted Payment Methods:
Cash
Bank Transfer (T/T)
*Please note: All bank transfers must be made ONLY to Tet Design Co., Ltd. in Thailand. We do not have any offshore or alternate bank accounts. Please contact us to confirm payment details before transferring funds.
B. Payment Procedure:
A 30% deposit of the total order amount is required to initiate production.
Production begins once the deposit is received and confirmed by our bank.
Estimated production lead time is approximately 5 weeks.
We will inform you of the delivery date after receiving the deposit.
Before shipment, the remaining 70% balance plus any additional shipping and insurance charges must be paid in full.
Shipment will be dispatched only after full payment has been received.
C. Shipping and Insurance:
We offer delivery via FedEx, UPS, DHL, etc.
All shipping and insurance costs are the responsibility of the client.
Claim and Return of Goods
Customers may submit claims for any damage or defects found in the merchandise upon receipt.
Tet Design Co., Ltd. reserves the right to refuse returns unless a written request is submitted detailing the reason, which must be deemed appropriate and acceptable by the company.
Claims must be made within 15 days of receiving the shipment and include:
A written explanation of the damage
Photographs of the damaged item(s)
A copy of the invoice
All costs associated with returning merchandise will be charged to the customer.
Please note that damages resulting from use are not eligible for replacement; however, we do offer repair services for such items at an additional charge.
