To help get you started, we’ve put together quick answers below about our exhibition schedules, order minimums, timelines, and materials. If you’re a new partner and did not find the answer you’re looking for, please take a quick look through these before filling out our contact form so we our representative can help answer your questions.
1. Collection Access & Ordering Requirements
-
We warmly encourage all prospective partners to visit us in person at our upcoming international trade exhibitions. This is the premier way to experience the craftsmanship, weight, and finish of our fine jewelry lines, and our team will be delighted to guide you through our styles.
If you cannot attend an exhibition, we can accommodate specific style requests via email. You can contact our team to request targeted design images, detailed specifications, and itemized quotations for your required styles.
Please note that to maintain market exclusivity and protect our design intellectual property from public duplication, we do not offer a downloadable or public digital catalog.
-
We exhibit at the following premier global trade shows multiple times each year:
Vicenzaoro (Italy)
Bangkok Gems & Jewelry Fair (Thailand)
Hong Kong International Jewellery Show (Hong Kong)
Please check our dedicated Events Page for our current schedule, specific dates, and venue details. If you plan to attend an upcoming show, we invite you to complete our contact form to request our updated booth locations or to schedule a private, in-person appointment with our team.
-
Yes. To maintain our manufacturing standards and support our retail partners, our standard opening order requirement is 30 pieces per style, with a minimum invoice value of USD 3,000.
However, we understand the inventory needs of independent retailers. For certain cases such as repeat orders and stock rebalances, we can accommodate smaller order quantities.
-
We sell our jewelry strictly by the piece, not by weight. We will be glad to provide accurate price quotes for the specific items you select at our exhibitions or through your tailored style requests. Because we manufacture with fine brass, sterling silver, and gold, finalized trade prices may vary to reflect current market value fluctuations in raw metals and gemstones.
2. Production Timeline
-
We do not carry ready-made inventory. All items are strictly made to order.
Manufacturing begins upon invoice confirmation and deposit clearance. This made-to-order model ensures that your items are produced specifically to fulfill your order requirements.
-
Our standard production lead time is 5 to 6 weeks. Timelines may vary depending on current manufacturing schedules, total order volume, design complexity, and specific stone components. Estimated delivery dates are always provided before production begins, and we recommend placing orders well in advance.
Once production is completed, international transit times depend on your chosen courier service and destination:
Priority Shipping: Typically 2 to 3 business days
Economy Shipping: Typically 5 to 7 business days
-
We primarily utilize major networks such as DHL, FedEx, and UPS, but we can accommodate alternative options depending on the customer's request.
Please note that all shipping fees, transport expenses, customs duties, and regional import taxes are paid by the customer. Shipping charges will be calculated and added to your final order invoice prior to dispatch, while any destination taxes are handled at clearance by the buyer.
-
Shipping insurance is available upon request and is arranged at the expense of the customer.
While we prepare and package all international shipments securely for transit, any additional cargo or high-value transit insurance must be requested and covered by the buyer prior to dispatch from our facility.
3. Materials, Care, & Custom Manufacturing
-
We manufacture a versatile range of fine and demi-fine jewelry, utilizing high-quality brass, sterling silver, and solid gold. For our solid gold jewelry, we produce pieces in 9K, 10K, 14K, and 18K gold. Additionally, we offer plating options and premium stone settings to deliver a luxury finish tailored to your specific market tiers.
-
Absolutely. We specialize in bringing our clients' unique visions to life. Please submit your request alongside your concepts, including sketches, technical drawings, or reference images, using our secure contact form. Our manufacturing team will review your submission to assess structural feasibility and material options. Final custom pricing and minimum requirements will depend directly on the design complexity, required stone settings, and total production volume.
-
We handle our plating in-house across our jewelry collections. We standardly offer classic yellow gold, rose gold, and rhodium plating in a variety of industry-standard micron thicknesses to suit your brand’s price points.
If your collections require a highly specialized finish or an alternative type of premium plating, we can easily source it to meet your specific design requirements.
-
Jewelry longevity depends entirely on material characteristics, environment, and user care. While our collections are engineered to high manufacturing standards, finishes are naturally affected over time by exposure to moisture, cosmetics, and daily friction. We are happy to provide care guidance to help your retail team advise clients on maintaining their pieces.
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If a durability issue arises from a verified production defect, we will gladly work with you to evaluate and resolve the matter. Normal wear, tarnish, or damage from improper consumer handling are excluded.
4. Business Verification & Vendor Info
-
To support a secure, ethical global supply chain, we are committed to Responsible Jewellery Council (RJC) standards. We verify all prospective accounts to prevent fraud, ensure compliance with international trade laws, and protect our network of authentic retail partners.
-
Absolutely. We specialize in supplying finished fine jewelry to small and medium-sized independent retailers. Whether you operate a physical storefront, a private studio, or an online boutique, we welcome your application as long as you are a registered business entity in your country.
